We have developed a number of Wizards and Plugins to help process information within People Inc. Available as free downloads via the Resources page, these features are made available from within the People Inc. system.


Report Library Browser

The Report Browser is a feature that enables People Inc. users to review the report templates that are available as free-downloads on the People Inc. Resources web-pages. Users can select and install individual report templates for use within their system. The People Inc. system includes around 200 report templates; the Report Browser plug-in provides easy access to around 200 additional reports. More...


Organisation Charts

It is possible to generate organisation charts quickly and easily from the information already recorded within the People Inc. system using this plug-in. These charts can then be printed or made available to others via their web-browser. The standard organisation chart tool is available as a free download. Assign Training Needs

People Inc. provides a number of different ways to assign training needs. The Assign Training Need wizard is used to record a specific training need for a group of employees. This is useful when some new legislation is introduced, or a new product or service is launched. Once the training need has been registered, the user can then book employees onto a suitable course. Book Training Course

The Book Training Course wizard is used to book a group of employees onto a course. The user specifies a course and a date and selects a group of employees from a list. When booking training, the user can select from all employees, or just the employees who have a training need for the course. More...


Complete Training Course

The Complete Training Course wizard enables the user to select a group of employees who are booked onto a course (or those who have a training need for the course), and mark the records as ‘Completed’. It is also possible to add details of the course (for example, the fees) during this process. More...


Recreate Absence Allowances

Holiday allowances usually last for 12 months; towards the end of this period, new allowances need to be created for the coming year to enable employees to book leave. The Recreate Absence Allowances wizard enables users to create future absence allowances based on the allowances currently assigned to employees. Where holiday is carried over, or the amount of holiday awarded increases with service, the system manages this automatically. More...


Close Absence Allowances

Absence allowances are awarded to employees each year. Once all the bookings for the period have been recorded, and the allowance has expired, it should then be closed to prevent further changes being made. This is normally done to enable users to provide figures on the annual cost of absence (for accounting purposes). More...


Register Employee as a Leaver

When registering an employee as a leaver user must ensure that absence entries, training records, future job and salary records are reconciled. This wizard helps by automating this process. More...


Delete Records

The GDPR legislation requires that personal information that is no longer required must be deleted. The Delete Records wizard enables the user to select a number of old employee records (people who have left) or applicant records and delete them from the People Inc. system. When this is done, all the associated information is also deleted (including any attachments, any actions, and historical records). More...


Recalculate Data Screen

Most screens within the People Inc. system contain calculations. These calculations are achieved using triggers defined within the screens, normally when the user saves a record. This wizard enables the user to run the calculations for all of the records managed using a particular screen. This is useful when the calculations have been modified or updated, or when data has been imported. More...


Mail queue manager

The mail queue manager plug-in allows users to control and manage the People Inc. mail queue. Messages can become queued for a number of different reasons; most commonly when an incorrect email address is used. Using this plug-in, users are able to resend email message or delete the message from the system. More...
