The Pontesbury Project is a charitable organisation dedicated to helping people with special needs. This includes the provision of support for adults with severe learning difficulties and other disabilities. We also run a care home and domiciliary care agency. Right from the beginning we were impressed with the way the People Inc. team responded to our requests for information. They are always helpful and provide us with the response to any queries or requests quickly and efficiently.

One of the team came to our offices for 2 days to help us set up the system and provide user training. The functionality provided by the system itself is really extensive. We covered our principal goals and aims during these sessions, but it soon became apparent that we could get a lot more from the software.

Since then, the support we have received from the People Inc. help desk has enabled us to benefit from additional features within the system. We are very happy with the way the team helped us with our People Inc. implementation.
