ITTD was established in 2012 by Managing Director, Dawn Henderson, who has over 20 years’ experience in IT training in the UK and Worldwide working across all industry sectors.

They provide excellent customer service, deliver client specific solutions, and provide top class, customised training on a variety of business applications enabling people to get the most from the software tools they use every day. As approved suppliers and trainers of People Inc., ITTD are able to provide services and support to clients that require a comprehensive yet cost effective HR system.

ITTD are passionate about training and use teaching methods that make learning informative and enjoyable while providing trainees with the skills needed to get ahead in the workplace. Their aim is to save people time by teaching them how to get the most from their systems and thus reduce duplication and paperwork.
