Unconditional Job Offer
Where an applicant meets all the requirements of the employer, they can be made an unconditional job offer. This means that the candidate does not need to meet ant additional criteria before commencing employment. Unconditional job offers are considered to be a contract and may be difficult or impossible to withdraw without risking legal consequences.
