Time Recording

Time recording captures the working hours of an employee. There are tow main ways in which this information is captured. Timesheets can be completed by employees or managers; these may capture detailed data such as a start and finish times or more simplistically the total number of hours worked. In a time and attendance system time recording will be achieved through the use of clocking terminals with the data fed back to a central server.
