Partner Award – AgathonHR

Following an exceptional performance during August 2012, where AgathonHR introduced the People Inc. HR system to a number of new clients, Andrew Pearce at Agathon has received the first People Inc. Partner Award of 2012. With all systems now implemented, Andrew is now working on a second phase with some of these clients during which he plans to implement the Employee Self Service module. This will include AgathonHR's first implementation of one of the new ESS Add-ons (manager timesheets).

Andrew commented that, "August proved to be a hectic yet very satisfying month. Each of the projects were very different and brought their own unique challenges. Each time we go through an implementation of this system we believe we gain a really thorough understanding of the products capabilities. But then, the next time we find we learn even more and find new ways to use the system to benefit our customers. I believe that after every implementation we emerge better able to provide top-class services to our users. We are now looking forward to getting to grips with the next batch of implementations".
